Description

Thermo ayous cladding board impregnated through the entire cross-section with BURNBLOCK® fire retardant (vacuum-pressure method, not a surface coating). Reaction-to-fire class B-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1) with a minimum thickness of 15 mm and a 40 mm ventilated air gap.

  • Wood species: Thermo ayous (African hardwood, Thermo Ayous), density 269–374 kg/m³
  • The fire retardant is natural, biodegradable, pH-neutral and non-corrosive (Cradle to Cradle Certified Gold)
  • No additional surface coating needed against leaching
  • Suitable for facades and interiors of public buildings (schools, kindergartens, care homes), apartment buildings and escape routes
