Terms of sale

1. Seller
The seller in the H Market online store (hmarket.ee) is Black Bean Advertising Agency OÜ, registry code 17136809, address Pirni 7/2, Tallinn, Estonia, email info@hmarket.ee, phone +372 5304 0003 (WhatsApp).
These terms govern purchases made in the online store. Estonian law applies, including the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
2. Prices and products
Prices are in euros and final. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place the order. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary between screens. Campaign prices apply during the campaign period or while stocks last.
3. Ordering
Add products to your bag, enter your contact and delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. The contract is concluded once payment is received or the hire purchase agreement with ESTO is confirmed. We will send a confirmation by email. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any amount paid within 14 days.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by ESTO AS: bank link (Estonian banks), pay in 3 interest-free, hire purchase and, where available, pay later. ESTO sets the terms and makes the credit decision for hire purchase and instalments. By arrangement you can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice — the order is fulfilled once payment is received.
5. Delivery
- Parcel locker — smaller items (e.g. dumbbells, kettlebells, mats), usually 1–3 business days.
- Courier to your door — all of Estonia, usually 1–3 business days.
- Large item home delivery — bikes and exercise machines, usually 2–5 business days. The courier will contact you before delivery.
Delivery prices and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout. Products marked “on order” are delivered in 1–3 weeks. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you may withdraw and receive a refund. Please check the package on receipt and note any visible damage with the courier.
Delivery outside Estonia within the EU is available by quote: the delivery price is confirmed by email within 1 business day before payment.
Bikes are delivered in the manufacturer’s box, partially assembled (handlebar, pedals etc. need fitting). Exercise machines are assembled according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To withdraw, email info@hmarket.ee with your order number. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
- The product must be unused, complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For large items that cannot be returned by post (bikes, machines) the estimated return cost is 29–59 €.
- We refund all payments received, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your notice, but may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

7. Warranty and complaints
Consumers may submit a claim for non-conformity within two years of delivery (Law of Obligations Act § 218). If a defect appears within one year, it is presumed to have existed at delivery. The product may additionally carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or mechanical impact are not covered.
Used and refurbished goods. Products marked “Used” or “Refurbished” are sold in the condition described on the product page and shown in the photos. Signs of use and normal wear consistent with that description are not a defect. The two-year right to claim also applies to used goods. A manufacturer’s warranty applies to used goods only if the product page says so.
To make a claim, email info@hmarket.ee with your order number, a description of the defect and photos if possible. We will respond within 15 days.
8. Disputes
We aim to resolve disagreements through negotiation. Failing that, consumers may turn free of charge to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, ttja.ee) or to the courts.
