What to check when buying used kitchen equipment

• Power – most commercial units need three-phase power (400 V); check the rating against your kitchen’s supply.
• Water and drainage – combi ovens, kettles and dishwashers need water and drain connections, some also water softening.
• Capacity – number of GN levels in an oven, kettle volume, dishwasher throughput.
• Size and access – make sure the unit fits through doors and into its place.
• Installation – connection should be done by a qualified electrician and plumber.

Each unit’s condition – new or used – is marked on the product page. Equipment over 5000 € is sold via “Request a quote”. Cart items can be paid by bank link or ESTO hire purchase, and companies can pay by invoice. Equipment is delivered across Estonia by freight, with the cost confirmed separately.
