Spruce fascia and soffit boards
Fascia and soffit boards finish the eaves of a building and protect the roof structure from weather, wind-driven rain and birds. Ours are made from Estonian spruce, planed on three sides with one fine-sawn side, and are usually in stock at the sawmill in Järva County.

Why one fine-sawn side?
The three planed faces give a smooth, clean finish where the board is on show. The fine-sawn face has a slightly textured surface: you can turn it outwards for a more rustic look, or fix it against the structure. A fine-sawn surface also absorbs paint and stain well.

Spruce fascia boards should be painted or stained for outdoor use. Prime all four sides and especially the end grain before installation, then apply two top coats of exterior paint. Leave a small ventilation gap at the soffit so the roof space can breathe, and use corrosion-resistant fixings.

Prices apply at the sawmill yard, EXW Järvamaa – transport and unloading are extra, and we can quote delivery in Estonia, Finland, Latvia and the rest of the EU. Prices follow the supplier list of 15 January 2026 and may change. Estonian prices include 24% VAT; the export price without VAT applies outside the EU and to EU businesses with a valid VAT number.
