Description

This full-body exercise machine is equipped with a large, comfortable exercise bench that glides easily on ball bearings on the frame. Your own body weight acts as resistance and can be further increased by placing optional weight plates on the sliding pad. With 5 degrees of incline angle adjustment, the resistance can be adjusted from light to heavy. The hand grips allow you to perform a range of pulling exercises side to side, forward and backward.

Precise training for upper body, arms, chest, shoulders, abdomen, back, hips and legs is possible with individual loads. A separate, comprehensive exercise guide provides information on the type of exercises and how to perform them. So you can design your own individual training plan and work on muscle building, strength and endurance with a complete training programme.

The TE 1000 comes almost fully pre-installed and can be put into use immediately after unpacking. The folding mechanism allows the training device to be quickly assembled and disassembled, saving space.

Home training with the Total Exerciser TE 1000 means partial and full body workouts for muscle building, muscle maintenance and overall fitness, as well as targeted strength and endurance training. It can help speed up metabolism, strengthen total body muscles and improve overall fitness.
